About
Delivering free mental health support groups throughout RCT
SHIFT TOGETHER C.I.C is an established social enterprise dedicated to delivering free mental health support groups within the communities of RCT. We also have an online presence with our Facebook group SHIFT TOGETHER.
Groups tackle issues such as anxiety, overwhelm, depression and loneliness by exploring new ways of thinking and creating a toolkit of new coping strategies. The support group members offer one another is invaluable and our vision is to put SHIFT support groups on everybody's doorstep, eliminating stigma and creating new attitudes towards mental health.
