"My name is Jo Rudge. I started at Interlink in January 2024 as a Wellbeing Coordinator, and in October 2025 I took on the role of Wellbeing Coordinator Service Team Leader.
Taking on the role of Children and Young People’s Champion is really important to me because it helps support children who may not always have the best start in life.
It’s something close to my heart as my parents are foster carers, so I’ve seen first-hand the difference the right support and care can make. Being in this role means I can help give young people a voice and make sure they feel listened to, while also helping make the community a more supportive place."
At Interlink RCT, our wellbeing coordinators are here to help people across Rhondda Cynon Taf with their health and wellbeing.
We take the time to understand what matters most to you. We can offer advice, listen to your concerns and connect you with the local activities, groups and services that support your emotional and practical needs.
