Men's mental health support group based in Tonypandy Rhondda & in Cwmparc Rhondda.

We meet every Wednesday evening at 6pm until 8pm in the Little Shed 97b Lower Dunraven Street, Tonypandy.  CF40 1AR.

 

And Thursday evening at 6pm until 8pm at Cwmparc community family hub, park road. Cwmparc 

 

  • We use various indoor and outdoor activities to help promote the "get men talking" program.
  • Tea's & coffee with a biscuit in our chat corner.
  • We offer a safe space for any man 18+ who need to regain the self confidence to talk.
  • A free confidential group.
