Housing and Community Organisation
RHA Wales, based in Tonypandy, has been providing affordable homes and community services across Rhondda Cynon Taf for over 40 years. In 2025, RHA Wales merged with Coastal Housing Group to form Beacon Cymru Group Ltd, a new organisation committed to building stronger communities across South Wales.
Our work
RHA Wales manages more than 1,800 homes and supports over 3,000 tenants and customers. We provide safe, affordable housing and deliver a wide range of services designed to improve wellbeing, strengthen communities and create opportunities for local people.
