Established in 2015, RCT Together is the Council’s approach to working in partnership with Communities, Third and Voluntary Sector organisations, and Residents, to build more resourceful and resilient communities.  Our key areas of work include:

  • Community Asset Transfers (CATs);
  • Community Resilience Hubs & Resident Support;
  • Funding & Resource Support.

Fe sefydlodd y Cyngor RhCT Gyda'n Gilydd yn 2015 er mwyn gweithio mewn partneriaeth gyda Chymunedau, Sefydliadau’r Trydydd Sector a’r Sector Gwirfoddol, a Thrigolion i feithrin cymunedau sy'n fwy dyfeisgar a chydnerth.  Mae ein prif feysydd gwaith yn cynnwys:-

  • Trosglwyddo Asedau Cymunedol;
  • Canolfannau Cydnerthedd y Gymuned a Chymorth i Drigolion;
  • Cymorth o ran Cyllid ac Adnoddau.
