I am an experienced group facilitator and trainer. I regularly deliver courses in Personality Disorder Awareness, and have taught a lot of ukulele for older adults. I like to get involved in arts, craft and music activities.

I have recently finished a nine month lived experience involvement project where I ran workshops with mental health service users and documented their experiences. 

I have experience working with older adults and people with dementia. I am looking for new work.
