Mental Health charity

We are a mental health charity that supports clients aged 18+ throughout Cwm Taf and Merthyr. We have hubs throughout the area and help people to recover from mental illness through recovery planning, social inclusion and meaningful activities.

We accept referrals from all areas including health professionals, other third sector organisations, DWP and self referrals. 

HafalCwmTaf has been a valued Connect RCT member for 4 years.
