We are the Don't Fall for It! Falls Prevention Service. We are an NHS service, covering Cwm Taf Morganwng University Health Board (CTM UHB). We take self-referrals from individuals across Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr and Bridgend, who: - Are fearful of falling - Have had or fall - Are feeling unsteady We provide Comprehensive Assessment, offer a 10-week Falls Prevention Course. We also deliver educational talks to existing community groups to improve individuals confidence and competence to take actions in reducing their risk of falls.
