Kooth Engagement Lead

I am engagement lead for Kooth, a free, safe and anonymous mental wellbeing platform. The service offers wellbeing support for young people aged 11-18 in Cwm Taf Morgannwg and is commissioned by the University Health Board. Support tools available on the website include text-based counselling, peer-to-peer support tools such as Kooth magazine and forums, clinical activites for improving mental wellbeing, journaling and goal setting. 

I would love to get in touch with anybody working with young people in the area. I have free physical resources to send out and a range of digital resources too. If staff at your workplace would benefit from a training session where I provide an overview of the service, site tour and Q&A, please do get in contact and we can look at available dates.
