About Me: Carl Jones
I’ve struggled with mental health, and at times, it felt like there was no way out. But running changed everything. It gave me structure, purpose, and a way to fight back when things felt overwhelming. Running saved my life, and now I want to help it change yours too.
Whether you’re battling anxiety, depression, or just feel stuck, I believe running can give you a sense of hope and momentum. I’m here to support you—no matter your fitness level or experience—with encouragement, training advice, and someone who truly understands
