Mental Health Support for men & women in all areas of South Wales

Started as a Mens Mental Health Support Group in November 2019, during lock down we started supporting a growing number of women so dropped the word Men and started supporting men and women from the 1st January 2022. In April 2022 to help take our support to the next level we because a Community Interest Company. 

Our aim to raise awareness of mental health in all communities while offering support to those people that want or feel they need our support. We have no magic wands but will work and support those people that come to us. 

We believe mental health can and does effect anyone regardless of back ground, gender, race etc We want to see more community support groups being formed to support those people within their communities who for whatever reason are going through a crisis.
