We provide a range of services for people affected by dementia.

We offer a range of services for anyone with dementia, their carers, families and friends.

We’ll connect you to a whole range of dementia support, by phone, online and face to face, so you’re only ever one call or click away from help. 

Our services are free and easy to access. We can put you in touch with our dementia advisers who will offer you the support you need, from local help to telephone and online advice.

We have a weekly Singing for the Brain group, our Side by Side befriending service and a Carers Information and Support Programme as well as an information and support service provided by Dementia Advisers.
