PEER SUPPORT
Peer support offers an opportunity to meet people who may be in a similar siutation in a safe and confidential space. Attendees support each other through their journeys to recovery by sharing experiences, thoughts, successes and problems through open and frank conversation or by simply listening.

Mental Health Matters Wales' wellbeing services support the mental, physical, and environmental wellbeing of the community.
Telephone Befriending (18+) Mental Health Matters Wales Telephone Befriending Service provides emotional support to isolated individuals throughout Bridgend and RCT areas to help people stay connected.
