Teach people to weld with ALN and other disabilities as well as the wider industry
The idea is to set up a CIC to gain funding to help get persons from the age of 14+ into engineering. The funding will allow taster days, intensive training and full certification. I will also be getting veterans and other organizations with persons who suffer from PTSD involved. Through my own experience welding has had a major impact on my life both mentally and financially.
