Cwm Taf Morgannwg Mind supports around 4000 people a year through different mental health and wellbeing support services across Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Bridgend. 

We provide open access mental health support for anyone aged above 11 years old that is available in person, online, via phone or messaging. No pressure, no judgement - we’re here to offer a safe space to be heard and supported with your mental health and wellbeing, practical advice and solution-focused conversations.
