The Out of Work Peer Mentoring service within Platfform offers one-to-one support as an individual finds their feet to move back into the workforce, delivered by peer mentors who understand the challenges people may be facing.
Funded through the ESF, the project offers free confidential peer support, through peer lived experience enabling participants to feel that ‘real connection’ and a sense of empowerment through information, advice & guidance received.
