Please find attached details of Council Buildings which are available for potential Community Asset Transfer via a leasehold transfer
- Llantwit Fardre Sport Centre
- Cambrian Avenue Community Centre (Gilfach Goch)
Buildings - Asset transfer opportunities
Please can you forward these details to any community partners/organisations, social enterprises or Town & Community Councils who may be interested in exploring a leasehold transfer of either of these buildings to deliver services that benefit local communities.
The availability of these buildings will be advertised for 30 days from 1/12/23 and any interested parties will need to complete the attached “Expression of Interest” and email completed forms back to [email protected]. Due to the Christmas period we will extend the deadline by 1 week and require any Expressions of Interest to be submitted by 8/1/24 at the latest.
NB. Please do not post any forms to Council offices as staff are working remotely from home.
