Mid week Meeting

Pontypridd Men`s Shed Promotes good mental health practice & wellbeing for men of all ages. We do this by developing & implementing social therapeutic activities designed to benefit members. Most of our members have suffered from various life changing conditions whether it be caused by bereavement, Disability, Divorce, Impairment, Redundancy, Retirement etc. Our Activities are socially inclusive, combats loneliness & also helps prevent Suicide.
