Exciting times are here at GTFM with our recent expansion of new transmitters in the Cynon Valley as well as winning the license to run the forthcoming DAB multiplex for the Welsh Valleys next year, it is a great time to join the team!
We're on the look out for fresh blood to help take our on air output to the next level. We’re after people who are passionate about local news and want to be reporting on the local issues concerning Rhondda Cynon Taf.
GTFM is home to the only local radio newsroom in Rhondda Cynon Taf and is well known for its local news reports where we report on local council stories, stories from the Welsh Government, the Police and much more.
If you think you could be the next Huw Edwards or Lucy Owen, get in touch. All training will be provided. We're proud to have a great record of developing new talent, where previous volunteers have gone on to to use the skills they have learnt volunteering with us to progress their career and gain employment in media at the likes of the BBC, ITV, SKY News, Commercial Radio, print and online media, TV and Film and much, much more. |
