Our Memory Lane Cafe in Taff's Well is for people living with dementia and their carers.  We provide a range of suitable activities for people with mild to moderate dementia who wish to socialise and 'get out of the house' in a friendly warm environment.  We have a separate room available should carers wish to sit separately to chat and share tips on the experience of being an unpaid carer.
