On the 19th March we are doing something a little bit different. We will meet at the Showcase in Nantgarw then walk along the Taff trail toward Taffs Well for a time then make our way back.
We will then visit ‘Guardians for Heroes’ on Trefforest Industrial Estate. Paula Massey has created a fantastic initiative that offers support to service veterans while a unit next door encourages wood working both helping with mental health challenges.
We will pop in and see her for a cuppa. Parking will be at the showcase car park.
