Volunteering is good for your mental health!

There are many benefits to volunteering, including an opportunity to develop a new interest, make new friends, gain new experience, have something to look forward to each week, a chance to help good initiatives within your local community, and, if you need it for job seeking purposes, access to an up-to-date reference.

New Horizons is currently recruiting volunteers to help with a range of things and we would love to hear from you!

We welcome volunteers of all ages (above the age of 18) and from all cultural backgrounds.

We need volunteers to help us with:

* Fundraising events

* Help us with the running of various activities and groups, such as arts & crafts, creative writing, walking, and support groups.

* Pulic speaking and awareness raising around issues on mental health.

* English to Welsh translation.

* Supporting Others.

Please scan the QR code, or email or phone us.

We look forward to hearing from you:
