The Self Harm Support Group offers online support to anyone in the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board area, and is offered through New Horizons Mental Health and Mental Health Matters Wales.

The group offers a safe place for open and confidential discussion around self-harm, an opportunity to explore alternatives, and learn distraction techniques to help you deal with self-harm in your own way.

The group meets by Zoom on Wednesdays 3.30 - 5.00 pm.

Please contact us for joining information.
