Neurodiverse Peer Support Groups along with workshops planned for 2025
For adult individuals diagnosed with ADHD or Autism, those waiting for a formal assessment, or self-diagnosed.
Joining and discussing with peers can help you navigate this, if you have been diagnosed later in life or suspect you may be neurodiverse.
Peer support groups meet online.
Workshops and short courses may be a mix of online and in-person.
Due to very high demand, there is currently a waiting list.
Please email
[email protected] if you would like to join a neurodiverse peer support group so that we can add you to the waiting list for future groups.
