Our 6-week Steps to Wellbeing course covers several topics to help wellbeing;
Week 1 - Stress Management
Week 2 - Anxiety and Panic
Week 3 - Managing Difficult Thoughts
Week 4 - Breaking Free From Fear
Week 5 - Sleep
Week 6 - Five Steps to Mental Health and Wellbeing
The Steps to Wellbeing sessions can be attended in any order and even as standalones.
Our Mindfulness for Everyday course is also 6 weeks. Mindfulness helps us relate to our thoughts and feelings in a different way and has been shown to have many benefits for us.
It's important for the Mindfulness course to be attended in full and in order as each week builds on knowledge and understanding of Mindfulness.
You don't need to register for these courses, just come along on the day
