Support for Stroke Survivors

Community Steps is all about helping stroke survivors to become more active in their community so that they feel less isolated and can make a better recovery. It will run from 2018 to 2022. We now have online sessions so please contact us to find out more.

The four year project, funded by the Big Lottery Fund, will build a stronger network of stroke survivors across Wales.

Nod Camau Cymunedol yw rhoi’r gefnogaeth i oroeswyr strôc allu ddod yn fwy gweithredol yn eu cymuned er mwyn iddynt deimlo’n llai ynysig ac felly yn parhau i wella. Bydd yn rhedeg o 2018 i 2022. Bellach mae gennym sesiynau ar-lein felly cysylltwch â ni i gael gwybod mwy.
