Please find attached details of Council Buildings which are available for Community Asset Transfer.

Please can you forward these details to any community partners/organisations, social enterprises or Town & Community Councils who may be interested in exploring a leasehold transfer of either of these buildings to deliver services that benefit local communities.

The availability of these buildings/land will be advertised for 30 days and any interested parties will need to complete the attached “Expression of Interest” and email completed forms back to [email protected]. By 25/05/23
