The Healthy Hillsides project is hosting a series of outdoor activities to help you get fit while contributing to your local environment. Wilder Health is a fitness initiative that will teach you land management practices whilst boosting your health. Open to all ages, Wilder Health is in collaboration with RCT's Play It Again Sport.
On Thursday, 24th February, we'll be at Cwm Clydach County Park cutting fire-breaks to minimise the impacts of wildfires on the site. This event is a fantastic opportunity to:
