Smart Money Cymru Community Bank is a progressive community led financial organisation. With over 14,000 members, we cover all of Wales. We are passionate about providing accessible and affordable finance products to those living in Wales. In the Cynon Valley, we have a branch office in Penywaun, Aberdare. We are looking for additional volunteers to run this branch. You will be fully supported by a team of existing volunteers and staff.
Volunteers are valued and important to Smart Money Cymru Community Bank. Your main purpose will be to enhance our Customer Services team, by providing customer service, cashier and general administration support. Other duties such as assisting other departments may be considered, depending on skills.

In return you can claim travel expenses and subsistence, so you are not out of pocket. You will be provided with full training in the use of our CRM system and gain a range of skills that are needed in the workplace, which may help with your future career plans. In addition, we can support accredited training and you will be offered references and could be considered for future job opportunities in the business.
