Re:Make Valleys offer a repair space in partnership with Repair Café Wales, a Zero Waste / refill shop full of affordable household essentials, and a Library Of Things where the community can borrow various tools, home and garden items.
Would you like to help with The Library Of Things?
Hours: 1-6 hour per week
Responsibilities:
▪ Undertake repairs and maintenance of the library items
▪ PAT test electrical items (Must be PAT Test qualified: we will provide the training for this!)
▪ Update the online borrowing platform with PAT testing and maintenance
that is scheduled or completed
▪ Test donated items before they are added to the library for borrowing
▪ Repair and maintenance volunteers will need basic repair experience
As a volunteer, what do you get?

▪ Become part of a team of local volunteers within the wider Benthyg and Repair Café communities, all cheering you on
▪ Training where you can learn at your own speed
▪ Travel expenses paid.
