Please can you forward these details to any community partners/organisations, social enterprises or Town & Community Councils who may be interested in exploring a leasehold transfer of either of these sites to deliver services that benefit local communities.
The availability of these land parcels will be advertised for 30 days and any interested parties will need to complete the attached “Expression of Interest” and email completed forms back to [email protected]. By 15/10/24
