Growing Space Pontypridd CIC are proud to create activities that bring people together for creativity and companionship.

Join us for a chilled out morning as we walk, talk and create together.

No writing experience needed, all ages and abilities welcome.

This is a free activity, though if you wish to donate, your donation will go towards creating more nature based activities for the community to come together.

On Time to Talk Day we ask everyone in Wales to have a conversation about mental health. The day is all about creating supportive communities by having conversations with family, friends, or colleagues about mental health. We all have mental health, by talking about it we can support ourselves and others.

Time to Talk Day is a four-nation campaign which happens every year in the UK. Time to Talk Day is run by See Me, with SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health) in Scotland, by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness in England, Inspire and Change Your Mind in Northern Ireland and Time to Change Wales.

In Wales, Time to Talk Day 2023 is run by Time to Change Wales, Adferiad Recovery, Mind Cymru and in partnership with the Co-op. The Time to Change Wales campaign is funded by the Welsh Government.
