Come and immerse yourself in sound for relaxation and stress relief. If you are an unpaid carer or just feel the weight of the world right now this session is for you.
Session includes short guided meditation, Himalayan singing bowls, vocal chant and toning, ending with silence and therapeutic percussion such as rain stick, rattles and koshi chimes.
Age range 16+ and families.
Please bring a mat, blanket, a drink of water and cushion for your comfort.
Please be aware that covid guidelines are still in place which will include track and trace, hand hygiene and the wearing of masks unless 2 metre distancing in place.
