Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you have experience in governance, strategy of fundraising? If so, then we would like you to join us as a trustee!

Legacy in the Community are a passionate team who share a drive to make changes in our communities and challenge the barriers that exist around disabilities.

Dedicated to working with and supporting individuals who identify has having a long-term health condition or disability, currently, we as a lead partner of the Welsh Government funded ‘Working on Wellbeing’ Wales project deliver a wellbeing and pre-employment provision to disabled individuals and or those with long-term health conditions.

With a vision to grow and expand our work and influence, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our board of trustees.

As a trustee, you will play a vital role in guiding the strategic direction of our charity, ensuring that we continue to move towards our future plans and to meet the needs of those we work with. You will have the opportunity to contribute your skills, knowledge, and experience to make a real difference in our communities.

We are looking for:

  • Passion to make a change
  • Expertise in areas such as governance, strategy, finance, fundraising, or marketing
  • Equally important is someone with a lived experience of a disability and willing to
  • make a difference.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of our charity.
  • Dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organisation and
  • the communities we work with.

As a trustee, you'll have the chance to make a lasting impact, build valuable connections,

and be part of a supportive and collaborative team. If you're ready to use your skills and
