As part of Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board's values and an increased focus on ‘creating health’, we are offering educational sessions on cardiovascular disease to the community.
 
The session covers essential information about cardiovascular disease, including risk factors, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications. Additionally, we will also be offering signposting to further lifestyle advice and resources to support individuals through 1-1 healthcare support if desired and individual heart health assessments.
 
The event is free to attend and open to anyone who is interested.
 
Venue: The Play Yard, Ynyswen Industrial Estate, Treorchy. CF42 6DL
