Arts Factory Health & Wellbeing Group meet twice a week; Monday 1-3 and Thursday 10-12.  We have a range of activities that include gentle exercise. games, quizzes, music bingo, film days, guest speakers, arts & crafts, day trips, tea dances and much more.  Why not come and join us.  Everyone is welcome.
