Get The Gen FREE Workshops for Employers
Get The Gen focus on the dynamics between employees within the different generational groups in the workplace, and support organisations to understand how they bring their employees together to create one high-performing team. We work with organisations who are experiencing challenges around recruitment, staff retention, team performance, communication and culture; as well as supporting individuals who are looking for an insight into best practice in these areas. We’ve delivered work for some of the UK’s largest organisations such as the NHS, national government and large financial institutions. On the flip side, we’ve also worked with much smaller, growing organisations and charities, and supported founders and leaders with their first tentative steps into growing their staff base and developing organisational culture and values.
Wales 360 projects
As part of the Newport & RCT 360 projects, Get the Gen will work with employers in the South Wales regions to understand how they prepare their organisations to embrace a multigenerational workforce. Our training focusses on key aspects of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, which is vital for employers to get right in order to attract and retain the type of workforce which will carry their organisation into the future. Our training is suitable for anyone within the organisation – from company leaders through to entry-level staff, as E,D&I is something we must all understand and is not one person’s ‘job’.
Workshop Sessions w/c 7th March Onwards
These are aimed at private, public and third sector organisations who are facing some of the challenges previously mentioned, or who are growing rapidly and are keen to receive some training to ensure this is done in a sustainable way. Our workshops are highly-engaging, informative and leave participants with the tools to implement impactful change within their own companies. We’re running 2 workshops a week between March and June, and a place on one of these workshops can be booked online: https://getthegen.com/wales/
