VISION - To create a vibrant, connected Rhondda Fach building on the assets that exist within the community by ACTING LOCAL but THINKING GLOBAL
AIMS – To undertaking DIRECT ACTION as part of Asset Based Community Development in the Rhondda Fach, CONNECTING and COLLABORATING with organisations in areas such as:
ENVIRONMENT – Practical outdoor activities to enhance the built environment, eg river clean, memorials, litter abatement, schools and community projects.
HEALTH AND WELLBEING – support health and wellbeing initiatives such as healthy cooking, eating, outdoor activities etc.
CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE – outdoor activities, new experiences, after school, holiday activities related to environment.
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT – volunteer training, practical environmental skills, awareness raising and information
LONELINESS AND ISOLATION – supporting people to connect with services and opportunities in their community
