About this event
This Creative Conversations event we will hear from Ransack Dance Company who work on a unique programme of dance provision Ransack branches between professional performance and community dance.
We will hear from the Artistic Director Sarah Rogers, and Ransack Creative Team who will be discussing how they developed a new dance/theatre company and created a shared creative vision with the team.
There will then be an opportunity for an open conversation between the Artistic Director and a selection of the creative team.
Questions:
1.What makes a new company/a creative idea or vision appealing and worth investing into as an artist?
2.How does a Director/Manager effectively communicate and keep this long-term vision alive within the creative team?
3.What makes an Artist want to stay with a new company? / What qualities is a Director/Manager looking for in an artist to help build their company?
