About this event
A fun contemporary dance class for young people aged 11+ to practice and develop their dance technique and creative skills in a relaxed friendly environment. Activities include dance technique exercises and learning contemporary dance sequences, exploring creative tasks and co-choreographing performance pieces as a group. There will be performance opportunities for the group through the year at our community show cases and youth dance platforms. Classes are led by professional choreographer and dancer, Sarah Rogers from our Associate Dance Company ‘Ransack Dance Company’.
The event will begin on the 11th of May, from 6:30pm until 7:45pm until the 13th of July.
These activities will held in The Park and Dare Theatre, Treorchy.
To help keep our activity sustainable there is a cost of £3.50 per participant. (86p Booking Fee)
Only 10 block sessions may be booked, with a discount of one free session.
A safety disclaimer and consent from will need to be completed on booking and track and trace details provided.
All in person sessions adhere to COVID 19 Government Guidlines.
