The community and voluntary sector are expected to be the last line of defence, dealing with crises and supporting communities with the cost of living. Leaders are often the last line of defence and are expected to be ‘superheroes’. But who supports the superhero when they want to take off their cloak? This workshop will enable leaders to come together, discuss shared issues and challenges, and explore opportunities to work together. Leaders come in all shapes and sizes, and whether you are new to leading or an old hand, we want you to come along and share your experiences!
This event will focus on access to support, learning and coaching with Dr Clare Elmi-Glennan, Chartered Coaching Psychologist at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
