Arts Factory
Arts Factory is a Charity based in Ferndale in the Rhondda and we are looking for volunteers to help out at the project and learn new skills. We also have opportunities in Maerdy Community Centre, the roles includes:
- Reception & Administration work
- Engaging with the public and assisting with groups
- Arranging room sets up and cleaning
- Joining our Factory books team
- Working in our Youth Club
- Helping out in Playgroup
- Placements in local shops/charities

Arts Factory Community Garden
The Arts Factory is creating a Community Garden in Ferndale and Maerdy and are looking for volunteers who would like to develop new skills. The roles include:
- Constructing and fill grow beds.
- Planting selected fruit, herbs and veg.
- Engaging with the public on open days.
- General running of the garden.
- Cleaning of tools and work areas.
- Packaging of fruit and veg.
