Trac Cymru works to ensure that the inclusive social benefits which are inherent within traditional Welsh arts are available to support intergenerational social development in communities across the country. We promote the traditional role that music and culture has performed for hundreds of years to enable people to explore their own personal experiences and amplify their individual voices through the support of a communal heritage of expressive storytelling and shared knowledge. We aim to make a positive impact on the participants’ quality of life, increase their sense of inclusion in the wider community, develop their creative skills and increase their cultural knowledge.
