As a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, EMDR & NLP practitioner and Reiki Master, I bring a holistic approach to trauma release and emotional well-being.  The programme I use aims  to get to the root cause of issues and find a lasting solution, and not just put a 'sticking plaster' on them
