I am a third-year BSc (Hons) Health, Wellbeing and Social Care Management student at the University of South Wales, with practical experience supporting community health initiatives and promoting wellbeing through evidence-based practices. In my recent placement, I worked closely with community stakeholders to identify and address local public health concerns, ensuring that remediation teams adhered strictly to health and safety regulations. My experience also includes coordinating vaccination schedules, providing nutritional health counselling for postpartum mothers, and preparing monthly statistical health reports to inform planning and evaluation.
Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in communication, partnership working, data analysis, and health promotion, alongside a sound understanding of safeguarding, equality and inclusion, and person-centred care. I am confident in my ability to contribute to your organisation’s objectives by supporting service users with empathy and professionalism, while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance in health and social care delivery.
