Meadow Street Community Garden Project Officer/Social Therapeutic horticulture practitioner

Work for Pontypridd Town Council as a project officer in Meadow Street Community Garden  - helping with group work and volunteers and love to be planting and spending time in the woodland area.  Making cafts and skill building days during the months we are unable to work in the garden in the evenings due to shorter darker days. 

Use nature for heath and wellbeing as a social and therapeutic horticulture practitioner. I have lived experience of living with anxiety depression and have worked with adults and families with complex needs for a number of years.
