Support for Stroke Survivors

The four year project, funded by the Big Lottery Fund, will build a stronger network of stroke survivors across Wales.

Bydd y prosiect pedair blynedd, wedi ei hariannu gan y Gronfa Loteri Fawr, yn adeiladu rhwydwaith cryfach o oroeswyr strôc ledled Cymru.

Community Steps is all about helping stroke survivors to become more active in their community so that they feel less isolated and can make a better recovery. It will run from 2018 to 2022.
