My role is very peripetetic at 'Eye to Eye' and pretty much has been from the very beginning some 12 years ago. I take care of therapy that is outside of mainstream school work these days.

Part of my current role involves representing 'Eye to Eye' RCT's EOTAS Panel and taking care of counselling for the children and young people that fall within the RCT EOTAS criteria; taking care of the Online therapy and some of our additional Learning Needs schools provisions.

Another part of my role involves taking care of the 'digital life' and pressence of our charity i.e. the development and management of our social media platforms, updating and editing our website and working with web-developers and more recently working with a crew of young media students in short film production.

Innovation is a big motivator for me and I enjoy sourcing new ways to keep up with the local young people we work with.
