Offer support for people living with dementia and their carers

We are a dementia project and we work across RCT, Merthyr, Bridgend, Cardiff and the Vale.

The project offers:

-free information and support for carers of people living with dementia

-one-to-one support for people living with dementia

-community activity groups

-carers connect group (with an adjacent activity group for the person you care for

-free counselling and alternative therapies for people with a diagnosis and their carers

-free training for those working in the care sector, or health and social care
