We help communities to take control of their own housing needs and create new affordable homes

We help communities to take control of their own housing needs and create new affordable homes for local people.

We are the enabling hub for Community-Led Housing in Wales, which means we support all 'grassroots-up' housing schemes that bring people together to decide what kind of homes, and communities they want to live in.

We believe that every community is unique, and that the community is best placed to decide how to solve local housing problems.

We offer free, tailored and holistic support to all groups that want to take ownership and control over housing decisions.
